We have stayed at this hotel a few times , it is clean ,the staff are very welcoming ,it has what we need and is convenient for the hospital. It is close to all the amenities ,so we can just park the car conveniently outside the hotel ,and walk wherever we want to go . The breakfast is excellent ,you can have a cooked breakfast or various cold meats /cheese .. cereals ,yogurts and fresh fruit .perfect

The hotel reception staff are very welcoming ,there were refreshing drinks available on arrival in the summer . Check in is simple The rooms are spotless and have what you need . Comfortable beds and enough power points In the room . Large bathroom with hairdryer .Nice big towels and complimentary shampoo and bath gel . No complaints from us . This is the second time we have used this hotel .It is very well places as the shopping centre is a matter of minutes walk , and it's very convenient for the hospital

The hotel is very smart, and in an excellent location . The room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable ..we requested extra pillows ,which we were provided with . Room service was easy to order. The staff were very pleasant and helpful . The buffet breakfast was very nice ,with a good variety .Eggs and bacon were available on request .

the hotel was a perfect location for our shopping trip, when we checked in, which was very efficient and easy, they said as we had booked a triple room, we may be more comfortable in their suite, which had more space. They upgraded us to the suite, which had 2 double bedrooms and a lounge area, plus large bathroom and great views over Almeria. This was a lovely bonus to our couple of days away. Also parking was easy to access, with a lift up to reception and rooms

Big rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Big bathroom. In front of the hotel some free parking space but also a garage available. The breakfast was good with many options. Staff very nice and helpful. .It's quite far from the centre but there is a bus stop near by. It's very easy to use the bus . Also a big shopping center just the opposite of the hotel

Chose this hotel as my husband was in local hospital which is close by. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. In terms of facilities- good selection at breakfast- good food in restaurant although lots of lovely tapas bars around the hotel.

Staff were all very friendly, room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The windows were very well insulated because it was quiet in the room despite looking out over a busy roundabout. We also didn't need to use the heating even though it was cold outside - the temperature was very even and comfortable the whole time. Breakfast was excellent, underground parking was convenient, WiFi worked well.

The staff was super nice and welcoming, very accommodating. The room was huge; I didn't expect that size (it feels bigger than 35m)—also an enormous bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and made me feel safe. There's a mini-bar as well. On the other side of the road, there's a huge shopping center with a supermarket. On the other side of the hotel, there are a few great bars and restaurants. If you're coming without a car - it's about 4km from the beach. I liked it because it was pleasant and not hectic or noisy around.
